The E&E Congress 2028 is jointly organised by EAPA and Eurobitume, bringing together representatives from both associations to guide the organisation and technical programme of the Congress.

The Congress Co-Chairs, Organising Committee and Technical Programme Committee work together to ensure a successful event that reflects the priorities and developments of the European asphalt and bitumen sectors.
